  Order a sausage mc muffin and got an egg sausage Mc muffin went back to fix it and they fixed my food but didn't fix what they charged me for it makes me upset 😑 I had work so had to leave didn't want to keep telling them how to do there job. Had a bad experience today it's not much money but it still bothers me.

  Simple order of 2 sundaes and 2 fries. Had to wait on the sundaes, finally get those and they’re pretty much melted. Go to eat the french fries and they are not fresh at all, took back the french fries and got more french fries those were not fresh either. Hardly any topping on the sundaes at all asked for a small side of that, turns out the hot fudge sundae wasn’t hot fudge, they ran out but didn’t tell anybody and they’re just putting chocolate syrup on top. If you don’t have hot fudge then tell people you don’t it, but no they just want your money. We live in Mustang and it’s been a while since we’ve gone to this McDonald’s we always try to go to one of the ones that are on SW 29th and this was just a reminder why. This is the same McDonald’s that my husband handed a $20 bill to and they tried to give him back the change as if he had only give them a $5. The Mustang store has very poor service and tries to rip people off, make sure you pay close attention when they give you your change.

  Did not follow any instructions. The sticker even says extra pickles, and there are zero. My other burger was just as incorrect. Missing all the sauces we paid extra for. Kid's meal was supposed to have no cheese due to food allergy, but there is cheese. Terrible experience.

  I ordered a apple pie and a coffee to go after 10 mins still had to wait and the coffee was cold and employee laughed when I asked for a hot cup of coffee.

  Did a pick up order from the app this morning, like almost always do, I set it for curbside. I put my order in at 9:46. Got a notification at 9:48 saying it was ready. Pulled in at 9:49 (I was already driving there when I submitted the order) and checked into spot 5. Started doomscrolling on insta, fast forward to 25 mins later and still no one came out. I went inside and was ignored for about 4 mins before someone asked if I was there for a doordash pickup. Told him no, explained how long I had been waiting both outside and inside. He then walked to the grill section and appeared to tell them to remake my order. He then slides me a bag a few minutes later and walks away. I check the bag and I'm missing an item and my sandwich was missing the extra cheese I ordered. I flagged him down and told him. He grabbed my missing item and then again walked away. I waited another minute and then left. O didn't want to waste any more time for a slice of cheese that i paid 1.39 for. I moved to Mustang amd go to this location regularly as the next nearest one is a bit farther than I would want to drive for simple fastfood. Just gonna stop going here altogether, I want to be able to get my food and go home and regret my life choices and going to this location has made it far too difficult to do that. Also side note, there appeared to be a manager on shift. She was a Hispanic lady with a fancy sweater and a button up shirt combo. Not once was she notified about the issue and she wasn't even wearing a name tag. Seems like the issues with this location start from the top down.
