When I finally sat down to eat, it’s nothing but a frozen base. There is 0 integrity at this shop if they were okay letting that leave as a meal for someone.

Once I got my smoothie, it ended up not being like how it is in other locations, wasn't well blended at all, and was overly flavorful and jaw hurting at certain parts. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or just slow, but it would be nice to have some improvement. Other people have a lot of the same complaints as me at this location.
