- DMDalton McGheeJan 2, 20262.0We've been a patron of this Sonic for a good while now. Ongoing issues at this Sonic revolve around the food. We've never had an issue with the carhops, always friendly despite being busy. We tend to make customizations on the food and consistently we've had the order wrong. All the ordered items are present, but the only customizations that are followed are for the drinks. We've double checked our orders before submitting to make sure all the customizations are present. Despite this, when we receive our receipt the customizations for everything except the drinks are removed. This happens mostly during lunch and dinner. We've lost any hope of getting the orders right. Our latest visit was simply no mustard on the burgers yet magically the customization didn't make it onto the receipt. It seems like an employee is simply overriding the orders so they don't have to think about customizations. When we receive the food, the tater tots are completely dumped like they were just tossed in without a care, burger boxes are stacked on top of the mozzarella sticks completely crushing 3 of them. When things are busy, you lock in, not cut corners.

They offered me a replacement. This place is so bad I told her to keep it. A mid rating and it's the only one in mustang. Wake up sonic it's not just me. Absolutely the worst sonic Ive ever been to. I ordered a Large chili cheese tater tot with extra chili and a sonic cheese burger no onions with extra mayo at 1030 am via the app. The tots didn't even fill the container hallway. There is no way that is what they consider extra chili. The sandwich was so cold that the cheese was not even semi melted. It was hard all around the edges. I should took pics but sadly I didn't. If you want to waste your money here then that's your fault. You have been warned.
