  So I know this should be a bad review but the manager Rebecca Save the day I had bought my pizza for delivery and noticed after 40 minutes that it was still saying in the oven made a call was put on hold and no one came back to pick up. The phone told me my pizza was lost and that they’re slammed I had asked if there could be some compensation said they were gonna talk to a manager and never picked back up so I called back asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Rebecca, very professional, very accommodating actually gave me a refund of my of my order And Had my order redone and put through DoorDash and was very apologetic and very thorough. I think she should have a raise great management. excellent customer service

  I'm sorry to say I'm pretty done with Pizza Hut. My son started working at Pizza Hut in Las Vegas about 14 years ago , first job. He of course over the years brought home pizzas , pasta , and wings on occasion and it was pretty good. He started as a cook / customer service and later as a delivery driver. After the shutdown of the pandemic we noticed the decline of the quality of the ingredients and slowly quit ordering. Every once in a while they would have a promotion or something and we would give them another shot and usually were disappointed. I recently moved to Mustang and the other day I decided to try this location for the $10 New Yorker Pizza. The employees were nice and told me it would be a couple more minutes for my pizza which was fine. I was surprised they had a good sized dining area and it was very clean. In Las Vegas they are all take-out and delivery only now. Everything was neat and organized with a couple drink coolers and decorations on the wall and also a large TV. I took my pizza home and it had good presentation except the slicing was way off. My son and his wife laughed at how it was cut. She manages a local pizza chain restaurant in Warr Acres. I got half Pepperoni and half sausage and green peppers with the spicy pizza sauce. Well , the taste was way underwhelming , like no flavor at all. I put red pepper flakes on it and that didn't help. I used some Louisiana Hot Sauce and nope that didn't help. It was just a dead pizza. Last week I stopped at a local gas station / convenience store and got a slice of Pepperoni Pizza and it was so much better than what Pizza Hut puts out now. They also sell a whole pizza for $10.00 which I wish I would've gotten instead. I don't blame the employees for this bland pizza , I blame Pizza Hut for cutting the quality ingredients they used to use. Even the dough is not the same quality and taste it used to be before the pandemic. It's a shame that this location has such a nice dining area , but now a bad product. We are done with Pizza Hut.
