Girl taking orders sat and talked to the three cars in front for at least 10 minutes looking back at all the cars behind and laughing. I believe the guy called her Addie when he came to switch her out. Drink was watered down and line was out to the road. Unfortunate.
- OEOwen Engle4 days ago1.0It’s a Friday night and there are 8 cars in front of me in the line, each car is taking 10 minutes at the window and by the time I finally got to the window 30 WHOLE MINUTES PASSED, not sure if they were understaffed tonight or what but this is a joke of a establishment if it’s taking this long for drink orders through the drive through during a Friday night with not that many cars, won’t go here again until you guys actually get fast employees or staff them to the right amount.

The staff is energetic and genuinely friendly, and drinks have been consistent and well made. Orders are handled quickly, and adjustments are made without hassle. It’s a dependable stop when you want speed without sacrificing quality. The people making your coffee are fantastic, and the Blended Golden Eagle is always a great pick. Way better than some of those other coffee places!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
