- LHLarry Hill3 days ago1.0Seated quickly and then 45 min for cold wings and lots of missing items from our order. New food came out 25 min later with heavily heavily sauced wings and little to no fries. Zero refills. This makes three times with poor service. Sad to see it go down so fast. They better get it together quick

It was at first getting busy then slowed down.It took almost two hours to get my husbands food after the first one they brought after 45 minutes was wrong. My food was cold but I was just happy I finally got it after being at work. I know this is a new location and they did comp our meals but the manager did not even touch base with us at least once. All he got was a bacon triple burger and wedges. The poor waitress was having the hardest time saying sorry every couple minutes and I guess messed up meals are not priorities. I have done fifteen years in the food service and I can say waiting tables usually managers are on top of correcting issues. I am not sure what this manager was doing.
- MMMaci6 days ago3.0Food is great and service is wonderful, the only thing that brings the rating down is how unbelievably loud and overstimulating it is inside! Most other locations have carpet to help absorb the noise, I wish this location could get that as well. Unfortunately not somewhere I’m able to eat inside at anymore between the general chatter and restaurant sounds loud TVs, and all the babies who cry because I’m sure their ear drums are also being shattered you’re so uncomfortable it ruins the experience of everything else. BWW corporate, do better! Set your stores up for success! It’s not fair your servers may be losing out in tips over people leaving in a bad mood with a headache because you didn’t pay to carpet your restaurant that is known for being a loud space as is.

Not only was it cold but we had very rude waitstaff and nothing was done to fix the situation. In turn making us even more agitated. Will not be back to this location ever.
- AWAMBER WHITEDec 16, 20251.0Never again! I took a large group of 13 here on a Tuesday evening. It was early, before 6, and not busy. I understand that with a group that large there is a reasonable expectation that food would take longer. However, we did not even start receiving our food until 50 minutes after it was ordered!! That’s a bit much even for a group. Then, it was another 15 minutes for 3 people in our group to receive their food! Then by that time, the others were almost done with their meal. It was a complete disaster. This same group went to the BWW in Moore last year and had a wonderful time with no issues and fast service! I will NEVER go to this BWW again!
