We went through the Arby’s drive-thru tonight and had a very frustrating experience. Ordering wasn’t terrible, but things quickly went downhill at the window.
We were told (not asked) to pull forward before receiving our drinks. When the drinks were handed to us, the medium cup collapsed and spilled because it was handed by the lid. When I asked for napkins, they were tossed out the window.
We were repeatedly told we could not wait at the window because it would affect drive-thru times, even though no other customers were behind us. Our total wait time was 19 minutes.
When our food arrived, items were missing: medium fries, Arby’s sauce, extra Greek sauce, and our receipt. Each time I tried to explain, I was cut off, the window was shut, and staff became visibly upset, saying I was “ruining their time.”
A manager eventually stepped in, but I was told I was “the problem” after apologizing for the stressful night.
I love the food quality and will return, but the customer service needs serious improvement. Drive-thru times should not come at the expense of respectful service and order accuracy.

Black guy in the drive thru was super Amazing. My card dropped he went and got it, so I didn’t have to get out. He was such a customer oriented guy. I tried to call to give him kudos but they didn’t answer. Food was really good too!!!
