  This is the second trip in 2 weeks to this location that I sent cold wings back. The first one was a very busy night I can kind of understand that one, but tonight was so slow. After sending the wings back and ordering a beer I left 15 min later after not receiving either of them. If you like cold wings and slow food service then this is the place for you. The waiter was good until I sent the food back so that was a plus I guess.

  If I could give you a 10 star review I would!! Morgan was our server and she was amazing! But the great service started as soon as we walked in the door! Amazing staff here!!!! I live in Yukon and will drive here every time for the service and the good food!! Thank you guys for making us feel welcomed and for taking care of us through this visit! We'll be back soon! ❤️

  Our server was amazing, Tia was super sweet! I will say if I rated this place on the hostess I would give it a 1. She was rude and had a bad attitude. She was not a good first impression

  We got here in the early afternoon, me and 1 other person, and we had the worst experience as far as wait time and missing items from our order I ever had. It was at least an hour of wait for two simple orders and they were both wrong with every correction. Everyone around us had the same complaints. The potato wedges were cold and the food honestly not that good overall. I couldn’t believe how long it all took.

  If you are looking for a place to hang out on a Saturday and have a great time... this BWW ain't it. Unless you and your group bring the fun. So male the drive to I40 and Rockwell or another one. 50 minutes to get our food and the place was empty. (See pic attached) To be truthful, the only other table besides our was the one where the waitresses' friends were hanging out so I was shocked it took so long. I know this because multiple waitresses would sit and chat in between apologies. Besides the greeting and check, each time we saw the waitress was for her to apologize for "whomever" was making us wait so long. I am so sorry for X, so sorry for Y, etc etc. According to her, we first waited so long for drinks bc of the bartender. Which had 3 people at the bar. Then we waited for our food bc (whatever excuse she blamed the kitchen for). After each check in, you could find her at the friend's table. Sports on the TV, was OK and of course I wanna watch Rosie Perez braless on screen while I eat instead of sports. The other few TVs had some police show, I assume to please the table of cops eating. Which was 1 of the 2 tables on the main floor. Food was descent, and the place has potential.
