  Great food, super quick service. We came in with 16 people, they were fast and efficient with taking our orders by name to prevent any confusion. My first time at a Whataburger, definitely did not disappoint!!

  I’m in the process of driving back from Chicago to Dallas and decided to stop at Whataburger at 1:30am and let me tell you the service that I received in the drive through was outstanding to say the least. The gentleman was professional, courteous and efficient. Not to mention that the onion rings came out piping hot, but this is probably the best meal I’ve ever had from a Whataburger location to this date! My wife and I definitely noticed how professional and courteous the gentleman was over the microphone and his service matched it as well. Very impressed and appreciate the great service at this time of night.

  I went into the men's room to wash my hands. Somebody was in the toilet stall. A few seconds later, the toilet flushes. A few seconds later an old dude wearing a Whataburger uniform comes out of the stall and walks straight out of the restroom. Doesn't wash his hands after leaving the poop stall! I walk out of the restroom and see that dude is already back in the kitchen. Nope, I'm not eating here.

  Wonderful staff! Our food was hot & correct via the drive thru. More expensive than we anticipated but definitely value for money - burger was heavy & delicious, fries were great & pollock sandwich was fab. Very impressed; wish we had one close to where we live!

  I stopped by Whataburger recently and I have to say the staff absolutely made the visit amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The cashier greeted me with a big smile, answered my questions about the menu, and the team working the counter made sure my order came out quickly and exactly right. It’s rare to see a crew that works together so well and keeps such a positive attitude the whole time. The atmosphere itself was pretty average, clean, and perfectly fine, but nothing particularly memorable or unique about the dining area. However, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The employees clearly care about customers and it shows in the way they interact with people. Honestly, the staff alone would make me come back again. Great service like that deserves recognition, and this team absolutely nailed it!
