  Had questions about why my total jumped from $10 to $15 after tax? Seemed a little high. I was pushed off to the manager named Vannon. He was very rude and told me that he doesn't control the taxes and I let him know I understand that but my question was why did it add so much tax? He asked if I was a senior citizen to which I replied no I am 35. He and other employees giggled. I could tell this was going nowhere so I asked for his name and thanked him. As I drove off I could here the other employees cheering him on, laughing, and high fiving him. Very rude as if they were celebrating how he treated the customer (me). I will not return here but I will rate this place on any platform I can and would love to speak to someone higher up. Poor service and poor employee behavior.

  Spent almost $30 in food and got my order. Completely messed up. as you can see ask for no pico and I got it anyways, and it says it on the box no pico

  Dirty. Food was cold. I eat Taco Bell regularly at different locations across the state. This is the worst I’ve ever been to. Came a few days ago and had a bad experience but thought it was probably an off day or something. Second bad experience within a couple weeks to me means management and ownership just don’t care. I will avoid this location.
