- NSNancy ShireyJul 4, 20241.0Ordered thru Subway App and food was not ready by the time they said it would be. Had to wait another half hour for my order. Order time to be ready was supposed to be 2 pm didn't get my food done until 2:30pm.
- CCCristyApr 11, 20211.0placed an online order at 12:19 to be picked up at 12:35. got there on time and they hadn't even started it. told them we'd go to quik trip to grab drinks to give them more time to make them. got back 20 minutes later and our order STILL WASN'T READY!! we waited until 1:10 before requesting our money [$34+] back only to be told the manager wasn't there and she'd refund our card when she came in. tried calling several times to follow up with our refund and the line was constantly busy!! oh and to top it off the subs were supposed to be buy one get one 50% off and it only took off a little over $3 on 4 subs...that doesn't even add up 🤔 needless to say we will not be back to this location.
