  Last week I had an experience that deserves recognition. I placed an online order right before 1:00 PM, then realized I had a meeting I couldn’t miss. I couldn’t cancel online, so I called and they immediately took care of it and told me to come back after my meeting for fresh food. When I arrived, the manager got my order started right away and even offered me a free drink while I waited. What really stood out is they didn’t have to do any of this especially since I was redeeming a free sandwich and only added a small side and drink. It wasn’t a big order at all. But they still went above and beyond. This is PRIME customer service. I truly appreciate it and I will keep coming back!

  This place is a go to off of 69. There aren’t many great stops, but this is a nice area. Too bad there are always vagrants in the parking lot, not so family friendly…

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences here. Both times I’ve come, my fries were cold this last visit, both orders were cold again. I’m currently pregnant and had really been craving them, so it was especially frustrating and disappointing. I understand that things can happen, but this has now occurred twice, which makes it hard to overlook. I hope this can be improved because I usually enjoy the food, but this experience hasn’t met expectations.

  I wish that we had the same lovely dining experience as most of the people in muskogee do. The regular employees were fairly nice. Order was completely messed up. Lettuce on the jalapeño chicken sandwich was old, turning a dark shade of green and too old to serve outside of the kitchen. Tomato on that sandwich was cut too thin and sliding off and mushy, besides the ingredients the bun on this sandwich was stale beyond normal so stale that you had to wet the bun with saliva to even tear it apart because it wouldn't tear at all with just pulling with your teeth and the bacon was just old and didnt taste freshly cookedor even cooked within their lunchtime. The grilled chicken sandwich was great, expect that they messed up the order once and nearly messed it up twice. They messed it up the first time by giving literally a piece of grilled chicken in a bowl. I had asked for it to be on a regular white bun but the order take only put no to everything on it without substituting the bun at all. Went back to get a bun because if I had it in my own kitchen I would have done so myself but I digress, when making the new sandwich they tried to give me a sandwich with bacon, already knew the bacon was bad because of the other sandwich having old bacon probably from breakfast time, so had to ask for that to be fixed as well. We had called in about this experience and was told we can get a complete remake. No complaints about the staff I am just a bit disappointed in the quality of food that was served out and if I was coming to Chick-fil-A only for a employee to customer interaction I would give five stars for that but im only rating the food on this one.

  My first time in Muskogee and let me say, my first and only stop was Chick Fil A! The service, ambience, food was incredible and exceeded expectations in every way. Who may have been the manager greeted me at the door and gave me the city counsel welcome! I’m on Zillow right now looking to buy a home and establish my life here!
