  The staff was very friendly the first trip in and went above and beyond to make everything that trip better. Which lead to a second trip back a week or so later. This time I couldn't get the online thing to work so I called them. Not one time did they make me feel dumb but instead showed compassion and respect. All while making sure I was taken care of and got my mistake fixed quickly. Very kind staff both trips. The manager definitely leads by example.

  Love this location, the customer service is excellent and food is always fresh and hot and minimal wait times!

  wrong crust on 2 pizzas ordered 5 ranch got none and manager yelled and hung up on me on the phone, never get delivery terrible customer service no professionalism only an immature manager that argues and hangs up on you, i offered to show the receipt and pizza that i was given and still got declined

  Usually decent enough, but yesterday they forgot two toppings on a three topping pizza. Instead of remaking it, it appears they just threw the 2 toppings on after cooking it and ran it through the oven for a couple of more minutes, overcooking the rest/crust and leaving the two toppings cold. Not the end of the world, I call and say just give me my money back because it's cold and I don't want to drive back there. They say I could come in the next day to "sign paperwork" for a refund, so that's what I do. But when I arrive, they won't give me my money back unless I dig the pizza out of the trash and bring it to them (again, this is the next day.) Whoever was manager at the time didn't even have the respect to come out from the back room to discuss the situation. As a long-time customer, I'll avoid this location from now on, other Pizza Huts won't treat you like a criminal or try to get you to climb in a dumpster after THEY mess up your order.

  This is exactly the reason I never order delivery from this location anymore. I normally pickup the order and always check the pizza in store. Just another reminder to always do carry out, and always check the pizza before tiping the driver. Not sure if this happened when he tilted the bag to pull the boxes out, or if the driver is very reckless and they slammed around in the car. Either way no more delivery.
