  Had to come over here instead of the one on S Eastern in moore for the ice cream. Thank you for the people here that actually serve ice cream cones. Just awesome.

  The staff at this location don’t take their mistakes or how they affect their customers seriously. I understand being human and making mistakes, and if I had been met with genuine remorse I would feel differently. But when I tell you my child has a severe allergy and you gave him he is something he is allergic to, and I am met with attitude, and even more attitude for asking if a clean container was used for the replacement, not a happy customer. My child’s medical diagnosis should not have to be disclosed to get an order correct, and in the case of a mistake, it should be corrected promptly and pleasantly, regardless of the severity of the situation. Not to mention having to call over the counter to get assistance after being passed by multiple employees. Do better.

  Still the best McDonald's on the south side of town in my opinion. Unlike with some of the other locations that I've gone to. This location actually took the time to greet me, Something that a lot of McDonald's locations on the south side of the metro and Norman fail to do.

  Ordered 4 sausage biscuits. I asked for jelly. But the of course Mexican boy gave me two even though I asked for 4. Then got the nerve to ask me is this enough. Like what part don’t you understand 4. I’m not a Spanish speaker and I should not have to figure out if he understood me. Them to add to that: I ordered 4 sausage biscuits and they only gave me 3. Again this what happens when you have people that dont understand English running a business. It’s not the customers job to understand their language. They need to learn English

  There is a wonderful woman who works here by the name of Cherish. I had stopped in a few weeks ago on my way to a job interview and the store was busy so my order got lost in the mix somewhere. No big deal, it happens, but Cherish checked on me twice and made sure I got my order quickly so I could be on my way. Today I stopped in and she was working again, she delivered my food to me lightning fast - possibly the hottest freshest burger I’ve ever had from McDonalds! And when she saw that I hadn’t ordered a drink, she brought me an ice water just to make sure I had something to drink. She really stays on top of things and goes out of her way to make sure every guest has the best food and experience possible. I think this McDonalds is one of the better ones I’ve been to as is, but when Cherish is working I know it’s going to be an excellent experience. Miss Cherish if you see this, you are awesome and you do a kick ass job! I hope that many wonderful things come your way and that your managers recognize and appreciate the extra mile you go 🖤
