  I know it’s late (0230), but I requested fresh fries. The gentleman Who took my order and accepted my payment at the first window also served my fries fresh at The second window. He ensured the order he took at the drive thru was correct Because after he took my payment, he swiftly made his way to the service area. I’m appreciative of his extra effort tonight by ensuring customer satisfaction. The I expected with fries I got. Fresh and HOT! thank you for going the extra mile for us little people.

  I had gotten two McChickens and a cheeseburger meal and the food was almost completely raw I filed a complaint with McDonald's nothing's been done about it not even offering me a replacement meal or my money back it was just like screw you eat this raw disgusting meal and the McDonald's email I received back said they would be contacting me as in the owner or management to figure out a course of action and yet no one from the management or anyone is contact me by email or anything it was just like total theft of my money to be honest!

  I’m updating my review… so my family and I had a terrible experience yesterday. This hefty woman brought us 3 large meals and 2 happy meals. With 3 packs of ketchup and 3 BBQ sauce. When my significant other asked for more BBQ sauce and ketchup, he was informed that he would have to be charged for extra sauce. W… T… F… 3 large meals… 2 happy meals… with a total of 6 individual sauce packets. So he left a review here and it seems to have disappeared…. However I know yall see my 5 stars. Let me tell you about their awesome manager. So my SO gets a call bright and early cause this man wants to resolve this. He explains that some stores do and some don’t but at the end he handled the whole situation beautifully. He was kind and understanding and all around awesome and has made it right. McDonald’s!!!! Don’t lose this manager! He is FANTASTIC. 5 stars to this guy. Plus this McDonalds is better than the ones in Edmond. Thank you again for reaching out
