  First time here and will be the last. These kids act like they don't wanna be here, no smiles, nothing. Just look annoyed they get customers. 1 girl cooking rubbing her eyes and getting on her personal phone. We will be goong elsewhere. I've been a manager at fast food places 20 something years ago.. I would be firing kids left and right. Nasty

  Do not waste your time or money at this location soo many better wingstop down the street. Hailey will just lie to you and hang up the phone when you are asking bout a order should of been refunded on February 7th its March 2 and still no refund. Ask to get my meal remade like manager on duty said I could anytime I wanted and Hailey start talking to me like im stealing from them. When its yall who stole 21. 47 from me said take 2 weeks for refund not a month. And guess what they say today another 2 weeks for the refund lmfao. Spend your money somewhere that respects the customers.this place is ghetto and trashy

  Don't go here its a waste of time and money I ordered food feb 7 my wings were cold I brought them back to restaurant never got a refund the manager on duty told me I could come back to get my order remade. I call today to get it remade the girl answer phone says manager no longer works there so I'm beat wont give me her name even though I called and asked. Never gave me my refund either I just looked at my bank records. Don't waste your time at this trash establishment

  I am leaving this review to document an ongoing pattern of incorrect and missing orders from this Wingstop location. This is not an isolated incident—it has been happening consistently for over a year. Below are just some of the affected orders: • 2/25 — Order #7031967037 — $51.39 — Incorrect • 2/4 — Order #9906987993 — $12.79 — Never received • 2/4 — Order #3594667125 — $49.99 — Incorrect • 10/18 — Order #7862810767 — $62.81 — Incorrect • 8/17 — Order #6451267833 — $71.17 — Incorrect • 7/29 — Order #3999183014 — $48.60 — Incorrect Each time, managers promise to resolve the issue or note it for future orders, but there is never any follow-through. Most recently, even after calling ahead to confirm, we were still missing items from a family pack. I was told I would receive a call back from the manager on duty, which never happened. We love Wingstop, but I have a family of six, and when I spend this amount of money, the order needs to be complete and accurate. Due to the repeated mistakes and lack of accountability, this will be my last time ordering from this location.

  PLEASE READ... I was given a wrong order, and I did not see it until I got home after a 14 minute drive. I called to let them know ahead of time the order was wrong but they never picked up the phone, I was onhold for over 20 minutes. I drive back and tell yhem the order was wrong and instead of DOING WHAT IS RIGHT and making our order ASAP for the inconvenience, they make us wait until they prepare all the orders ahead of us. Mind you that is so inconsiderate, making me spend over 1 hour of our lifetime, the drive here back home then here again and then back home.... PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS.. TO AVOID THIS HAPPENING TO YOU
