The customer service is lacking each time we've been here the last few times both inside and through the drive thru. The employees inside looked at us when we walked in, said nothing and took their time to finally address us. The floors in the dining area are vile. Its carpet but its so old and dirty it's black and sticky all throughout. The whole inside is dirty and outdated. The food is always subpar. Last time we went in as we were leaving we got a wiff of their full grease traps, and it was horrid. And solidified our choice in never coming back to this location again. They need shutdown, renovated and restaffed.
