These people are sitting around, backs to customers and when asked to heat up a pastry, simply point to the microwave near the seating area (we were the only customers in the store). This is not the Panera I came to enjoy and appreciate for first-class service. Not willing to pay hyped-up prices if the entire experience is tainted by poor disengaged and careless service environment. What a pity.

I asked the person at the checkout and they said they were out of the ingredients. It’s really frustrating to order and then receive something different because they ran out without being informed or warned. Even my blueberry bagel has one or two blueberries. Honestly really disappointed in Panera.

No wonder why I can get those cookies anytime because they change they made they do not sell out before 12pm like they normally do. New icing: Customers have reported that the icing on the new cookies is "waxy" or "solid," unlike the softer frosting used previously. New decorated shortbread cookie: In addition to the long-standing Kitchen Sink and Chocolate Chipper cookies, Panera introduced a new shortbread cookie with white chocolate icing and sprinkles. Different taste: Reactions to the flavor of the new cookies are mixed, with some comparing it to circus animal cookies, while others have been disappointed
