Everything here was good! There were HS or college kids here ordering off the kiosks so it was a bit noisy and chaotic, but the staff and food were good.
I had my hands full when I left and accidentally left my purse. Staff found it and put it in the safe until I could pick it up. Charlotte was WONDERFUL taking care of everything. I also want to commend the one who found it and was honest to turn it in.
This is a very convenient location so stop by and try their food.

12/31 around 2pm the lady at the second window with tattoos and blonde hair. Rude as heck. Just hands you the food, I asked her for sauce she slam the window mid way of me talking, sees that I’m still at the window. Says she doesn’t speak English and doesn’t understand so she shuts the window again. I’m not against not knowing English but at least keep someone at the window who does and actually knows customer service.

Nearly impossible to get help from any staff at this location. Ordered coffee and forgot to request creamer and sugar while ordering, went back to the unmanned counter to request same and was ignored by multiple staff members due to lack of English language competency, when I was finally able to speak with an employee, I was told they would have to charge $0.25 for each creamer and sugar packet. This turned out to not be factual but still off-putting as a customer. The whole experience at this location is now geared towards mobile take-out and drive through ordering. There is no drink fountain available in the lobby for refills, no condiments available, and the trash can openings are too small to actually use effectively. Also for this location to to be in a primarily Caucasian and English speaking suburb, it is strange to have only Spanish language music playing over the lobby sound system.

The lady in the drive through window was very rude when I asked her why I owed change when I agreed to round up and then she dropped my change on the ground and closed the window. When I told the next guy at the food window how she was being he just said “she probably didn’t mean to” and that was it. I was also the only car in line so there was no reason to rush me so fast that you drop my money on the ground and then shut the window before I can say anything….

Ordered from the mobile app for my kids @ lunch time. Went to the (MOBLIE AND PICKUP ORDER) table the lady asked for my order NUMBER not if I ordered from the mobile app or doordash and continued to tell me that my order was not there. Eventually the supervisor came and found my order. Now mind you I ordered two FROZEN drinks and by the time he found them they were just sitting on a counter melting away. Then gave my kid her happy meal *haven't left the parking lot yet* *wanted to right this review* my daughter says whats this whats this over and over when I turn around shes holding melted butter packet from her happy meal.
