    4 times in a row I get two or more things incorrect. Missing dips, long wait times, order not correctly made. It is as if no one takes the time to read carefully and ensure order is accurate and complete. I don't think I will be back at this location with how it currently is.

    I went through the drive-through three times trying to get a cheeseburger fixed right and they still couldn’t so I just got my money back and left very bad Dairy Queen

    Went on Saturday hoping to get a blizzard. The store outside and inside was so dirty that I couldn't even imagine how dirty behind the counter might be. We decided to go to Braum's instead. For reference there was lots of trash outside the door and the glass door itself was filthy.

    Place was completely empty. Like apparently there’s not even employees in the store because I waited at the counter for nearly 5 minutes without being helped. A cook finally said someone would be with me and walked away. After about another 5 minutes of waiting the cook came back out, didn’t acknowledge me, and continued working. I tried to ask if someone was going to come take my order and didn’t even get eye contact so I left without ordering. Sucks because I love this place but after that I doubt I’ll ever come back. I was the only person in the building and drive thru. There was no one else to help. If you don’t have someone that can take my order you should close for the day.

    The drink machine is not cleaning. The floor was sticky. Hope they ll take care of them
