This place is a draaagggg the people who work here hate their job. They take for ever for your order. The person working drive-threw straight slammed the door on me when I asked for some horsey sauce… I came in spoke with some one who said they were management and explained to them that having me pull foreword and wait 12 minutes for two items is ridicules in my opinion. Then when I ask for horsey sauce the employee just walked away and slammed the door. I’m glad we have other Arby’s around cause my family and I love Arby’s but we will never be back to this one. Worst part is I live 2 minutes away from it. This is not the first time about two weeks ago we pull foreword and wait on a shake and the dude dumped it on accident all over my lap when he handed it to me then proceeded to tell me he can make me another one but has to charge me for it. We just drove off. Management needs to get this place under control or it’s going to turn into something else! Sad sad sad….. miss this place drive past is and wave do not go here! If the employees are this way towards customers imagine how dirty and nasty that place must be with a bunch of people who hate there job lol.

Decided to try the Italian Beef dip.. it was okay. Would've been better had I gotten the au jus that was supposed to come with it. And they mixed older potato cakes with freshly cooked & you could definitely tell the old from the new. Fast food is extremely expensive not to get freshly cook food & your entire order. Disappointed!

when I get my drink it often has black crumbs in the bottom of the cup that I find out about when I drink them up through the straw and wonder what is in my drink. No idea what it is. I've told them about it multiple times and it still happens. They need to do a thorough inspection and cleaning of their drink lines.

Where do I start. It was 8pm and we decided to stop here why not the thought of Arby’s is good. No one is in line no one pulls behind me the whole time and I still I have to pull up and wait 20 minutes. I get my food and my order is jacked up so bad. French dip no aju I ordered an extra cup as well for my kiddo nope not there. Double Beef and cheddar I got 2 pieces of bread with cheese sauce. Asked for Arby’s and horseradish we received none. I just wished people cared. I spent $65 for it to be thrown away.
