  Super negative experience, Melissa the General Manager was extremely rude to my siginifcant other and I. We were sinply there to enjoy our evening together for her birthday and she ruined our experience with her attitude towards us for being young adults in “her establishment”

  Decided we would order takeout after seeing a deal on social media, however upon attempting to place our order online and also via the app, the app continued to crash never allowing us to successfully place our order, so called the location and placed our order over the phone, only to find out that the deals we had seen were not even deals they offered if ordered at the restaurant, and the price difference was not just slight, it was ridiculous! Same order, same everything was a difference of +$27, and of course they didn't even give me a total before hanging up the phone after taking my order. Even worse was when we got home and went to eat our boneless wings, you could barely even tell they even had said sauces on them! Definitely won't be doing that again! That's absolutely ridiculous, a price difference of $27! Absurd!

  WANNA MAKE iT A POINT TO GIVE THIS PLACE SOME PRAISE FOR REALLY GOOD FOOD AND ALSO amazing service! Hailey was super helpful and very nice, best customer service we've got in a long time! If the food doesn't keep you coming back the customer service definitely will!!

  ordered two times for bone in wings. first time, we received boneless wings. Second time, we ordered Mango Habanero but received traditionally buffalo sauce wings. called manager and he told me that I need to check it. when I received them, I checked them and saw the label as mango habanero. but the manager told me that you need to check the color, smell, etc. This is ridiculous and no wonder why this place has a lot of bad reviews. never come back again.

  Victoria was such an amazing person, she made us feel so comfortable and not rushed. We are actually here from Texas for a couple days and we are very selective w the BWW we go to but this place as soon as we got there the place was clean and very welcoming highly recommended and ask for Victoria she will not disappoint
