  So I got a kids , cheeseburger ,I wanted extra pickles and no onions , but they give me a cheeseburger with no pickles in extra onions.has happened more then once

  Horrible service! Went to this McDonald’s Friday night to grab my kids what I thought was going to be a quick meal . The first mishap was the app wouldn’t load. So I just went ahead and placed their order, the guy didn’t give me a total he said pull up to the 1st window. I sat at the first window for almost 10 minutes before he stuck his head out the 2nd window and waved us down to pull up there. He looked nervous the girl that was with him handed me the drinks I handed her my card and then she closed the window. Well come to find out their Card Reader was DOWN. That’s something they should have said before taking my order. They literally held on to my card while I watched them switch the terminal out multiple times and had who may have been a manager , a heavy set man in a RED SHIRT who came over and called someone on his cell phone. I don’t appreciate my card being held hostage. I would have cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere had I known I was going to be sitting so long. I waited almost 35 minutes total from the time I ordered to getting my card back along with the food that had been sitting so long and was now COLD. I asked the girl who handed me my food could I see the manager she laughed as if something was funny and I told her the service took WAY TOO LONG and she just looked at me so I asked again for the manager. She looked confused and I told her with hospitality he should have been offering something complimentary for inconvenience of us waiting so long . She gave me a ugly look leaned around the corner and then came back with a cookie that was HARD AS A BRICK. I won’t be coming back to this location ever.

  I have tried to give this McDonald’s many chances. If you are going to have customers pay at the second window, the employees need say so upon ordering or have a sign. In stead of wasting 15 minutes waiting for someone to do something. The employees here are so rude and They constantly mess up drinks, and are very stingy with condiments. You have to ask like 6 times before you actually get something. Bad attitude would be excused for good food. But most times the food isn’t even that good. It’s dry and tastes like cardboard
