- CWCandace Whitaker5 days ago1.0I stopped coming because they took 5 plus minutes to answer their customers at the box. They’re incredibly rude when they finally do answer and I want no part of it.

- AMashley moldanMar 27, 20261.0Placed a breakfast drive through order at 10:30 on the app (mind you it says breakfast ends at 11) and when I got there I was laughed and cussed at when they told me they only serve breakfast until 10:30. I asked them to honor what their app says and they told me they couldn't because their grills have "switched" to lunch. I don't care if this place is "independently owned" their actions were ridiculous and rude. The owner of this place really needs to take a step back and reevaluate some things. Corporate was a huge help in this situation, which i am thankful for. Shout out to Mellisa Herman for her help and guidance. This situation isn't about food, but about the fact that I was treated bad and dismissed and had to go out of my way to get help from corporate.

- AWAmber WMar 12, 20261.0I placed a curbside order. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to see if it was ready or if I should cancel because I needed to go. I saw an older lady eating while packing orders. I advised the restaurant I wanted to cancel order and why. The “manager” laylay said she couldn’t and I needed to call customer care. I called customer care right when leaving and was told only the store could process and I would be called. I haven’t received a call after 5 days. Transaction cleared my bank and funds were removed. I don’t recommend ordering curbside from this McDonald’s. I DEFINITELY don’t recommend eating from this McDonald’s!
