  Ordered food at 11:03 am via the app only to see 8 walk in customers order their food and get their food before me. I asked up front about my order at 11:19am. They told me it was being worked on. I hardly ever use the app but I see they don't priortize app users.

  First time ever trying Jimmy John's and will be the last. I asked if my tomatoes could be cut up and heard a lady on the line mumble no after the guy taking my order said they could be cut in half. I was upcharged to swap provolone cheese for cheddar (wasn't made aware there was an upcharge). Tipped on the card reader as I always do being I ask for my tomatoes to be cut up at other sub shops, just to sit down with my food to find out my tomatoes are not cut and theres some sauce on my meat that looks like it was left on utensils from another customers sandwich being prepped that I did not enjoy the test of. I will stick to Subway and Jersey Mike's.

  You know some days I want to feel bad for minimum wage workers in the food industry but after today I don't. Lady at the counter wasnt super nice so i think whatever, everyone has bad days. Then all I asked for was a simple plain and dry meat and cheese sandwich and somehow I got mayo so now im a lil annoyed bc i hate the taste of mayo and then the other sandwich was missing pickles when asked to have everything. So now Idgaf there shouldn't be anything hard about pressing buttons on a screen when they have literal pictures on them 😒 Other than that long rant place was clean and even tho most of the sandwiches were wrong they came out in a decent time
