  don't know who the chick was taking my order but when the first words out of her mouth was I can't hear u with the hand gestures and the attitude I almost drove off then and why do y'all need the headsets on if y'all's speakers don't even work. When we were saying our order she kept interrupting us and when she read it back she had it wrong because she wouldn't let us finish saying the order maybe if she actually listened it wouldn't have been wrong I've done yrs in customer service and this chick doesn't need to be in this line of work and when I said jug she had such attitude saying u mean gallon you know people talk differently she didn't have to be rude with how I talked idk I'm not coming back if this is how y'all treat ur customers I know that doesn't mean much and y'all r probably gonna laugh at this and not even care but o well y'all need to learn how to treat people with kindness whoever owns this place needs to fire the girl who took my order and rly work on customer service with their crew

  Used mobile ordering drive up. Just had to wait on the 3 cars in front of me. Once I got to the window employee was nice. Tea given quickly.

  This was the first time I went into the Htea0 store. Friend of mine told me that they sell The same water that they make the tea with. I was greeted Professionally and I was helped with the water bottles. He even took them back to my truck for me. Isaiah was a pretty good guy. I was also told about their sample cups to try some of the tea and that was outstanding. Before I left, he even told me about the rewards program.My number one store to go to from now on.
