  We came in at 5:15 pm and placed an order. Because I was paying cash the cashier had us go ahead and put the order in the kiosk and she would ring it on the register for us. In the middle of her helping us the new manager, Andrea, came over and pulled her from finishing the order. I had the money in hand and the employee was typing in the name for the order. She rebuked her for not being at the window, just leaving us standing there. Another employee had to come over and retake our order. The employee was apologetic for what happened. This manager is very unprofessional and was ordering employees about in a tone loud enough to ensure everyone in the lobby knew she was in charge. So sorry for the employees who have to put up with this type of arrogant, unprofessional, behavior.

  Taco Bell's ordering system is self-serve, you won't see a team member until the order is completed. We ordered The avocado ranch chicken stacker, but there was no avocado on it. And the Soft Taco Supreme had little to none sourcream. We arrived close to closing, but that should not be an excuse for unacceptable food preparation. The Men's restroom needed cleaning. But the dinning area was clean and orderly. The interactions with the staff was frendly, and comfortable.

  Absolute GARBAGE location. The so called “service” (and I use the term lightly) was garbage. The “food” (again, used lightly)…garbage! After waiting 20 minutes for five tacos, and listening to the party coming out of the kitchen, I asked how long my food was going to take….I've never gone to restaurant and been talked to in a more disrespectful way than with this dudes reply to me. As mentioned, not a single person in this location was concerned with doing anything that resembled work. They were laughing, hooping it up and having grand ole time in the kitchen. I was on the other side of the dining room and could hear every single foul and vulgar word rolling off their lips like they were back on the block, and didn’t seem to have a single care who listening. Clearly….CLEARLY no one is “in charge” at this location, there is a severe lack of discipline, and that’s putting it politely. I will never, EVER even entertain the idea of eating at this dumpster fire again.
