Placed an online order, they charged my bank account, never sent an order confirmation and then when I spoke with them they advised me that the “internet went down” & that my order would “more than likely” be canceled and I should get my money back when and if that happens. Unacceptable.

I refuse to punish the driver for only delivering half of the order. I am not going to reorder anything and pay that fee and tip. So I’ll watch other people eat and leave a bad review.
