Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Was here about 25 mins, were maybe 10-15 people in the dining area, very slow, but the tables were not bussed so it was hard to find a booth to sit in. Got one of their table markers for the food to be brought to the table. Didn’t bring it, just shouted my name out loud to make me come get it(don’t mind at all, but why give the marker?) staff and management nowhere to be seen while the dining area and restaurant in general was grossly unkept(I can’t imagine how the kitchen is 🤢). The atmosphere here is awful as there were(appeared to be) two homeless men in a booth all with their belongings scattered on the floor near them and taking up the booth behind and in front of them. Random person speaking foreign language near my table screaming on the telephone for nearly 10mins while I’m trying to eat. Food was okay, but they served my soup cold, which is disappointing, but by far the least of the problems here. This staff does not care about this restaurant or the people that come in here by the way they act and look after the place. Really gone down hill. Won’t be returning. I prefer not to leave a poor review as I know it’s not great for business, but the way this place has become is really sad. I used to enjoy coming here between classes, but man it’s really disgusting and just not good enough to spend money here anymore. Hope they turn it around!
