Not to mention they tend to keep people on drive thru that talk to the customers like they're morons for just asking them to repeat the order back. Something every place with a drive thru trains you to do, because that's your job. Common occurrence according to the Manager. Maybe don't keep who get attitudes over being asked to their job, or start doing drug tests.
