And I live in Jones so I'm not wasting the 30 minutes to drive back up there cause you will be closed by the time I get there. Some BS.

I placed an order today and 5 of my fries were not in the bag (2 mediums, 3 larges) and yet again I had to get a refund. I let it ride the first couple of times because people are human and they make mistakes but when it’s every single time that’s a bit absurd and shows a lack of attention to detail even on a small level.
