They say oh yeah it won’t work and we can’t do anything about it in the store. There is no customer service email or anything that I found. And I tried to get a drink made for a friend. But the app flipped out and made us something completely different. The manager was amazing and listened to what I had to say because this was a new customer they would potentially have they were making it for my friend. She made sure to make it The exact way I asked for. I really appreciated the extra time she took to do that, my friend is picky so she wants her coffee to taste super sweet. That’s a good manager that would want a new customer and want to make the experience better….ended up being nearly $10 and it’s not very big. Unbelievable from 5 dollars to $10. I just find that crazy.. Every extra is $.75 then you add tax to that pretty much that’s a dollar per item added ..If you want it to be sweet, it’s gonna cost you money. I love the points, I love their lemonade and their blueberry green tea. Just don’t wanna order anything outside of the app because you won’t get your points.

I understand being busy, but is not hard to say someone will be with you shortly. Finally one young lady whispered in another ones ear and she came to the counter. By this time I felt uncomfortable and left.
