We love love love the tea at HteaO however, their drive thru people suck. They don’t listen, they are rude. Extremely rude and they rush you. You aren’t even done ordering and they are telling you to go to the window for your total and if you tell them you weren’t done you get an even worse attitude. It’s truly ridiculous.
