    So I went to Arby's tonight and I got my usual which I was really desperately looking forward to and I was upset once I got at home my Audrey sauce was so watered down it barely had any flavor to it and I guess when you use a coupon you get less meat and your sandwiches

    They completely messed up my order on DoorDash… missing items, wrong toppings, and stale food. Honestly, I should’ve known better, because when I went in person a while back the atmosphere and customer service were just as bad. If they can’t even get it right face to face, of course the delivery food is going to be trash too. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers.
