Food was terrible. Burger was tiny. Used to like Arby's, but will not eat there again.

ordered a medium fry, 4 piece motz stick & a drink. they had me wait 15 minutes to give me my “fresh” food and the motz sticks are so soggy and hard that i couldn’t even eat them, the fries are cold and the drink is flat. i paid 14$ for this horrendous mess.

Already assumed this was going to be absolutely horrendous but it was definitely more than that, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The chicken sandwich was chewy like a rubber glove, I don’t believe it was fully cooked, this place also gave my boyfriend food poisoning.

I will never go to this Arby's again. I go to the window after placing my order for an $8 coupon for 2 bacon beef and cheddar sandwiches at the drive-thru. He says it's $8.73. I give him a $20. He gives me $1.27 back. I told him I gave him a $20 and he had to check his mistake and gave me a $10 to add to the $1.27 he gave me. I then asked if I can have the correct receipt. He said he has to ask his boss and when he came back he said his boss sad for me to just come on in. I park and go around the restaurant to come inside just for the boss to tell me that the guy did give me the correct change, but they can't give me the correct receipt because they already printed out a receipt for me. Which was the wrong receipt. I figure since I'm there, I show the boss each sandwich having only one small bacon. He said that's how much they're allowed to give me. Then said at least you got paid a discount. He was referring to the coupon. I would post the pictures I took of the sandwiches but I don't see an option for that

I’m so disappointed. My entire life I’ve watched the commercials and have seen these enormous sandwiches on the TV screens only to finally come get a meal that was BITE SIZED…Literally. Me and my husband stopped by this location to pick up some lunch and for ourselves. We decided to get the Meat & 3 deals. He had the fish and I had the chicken. We placed our order and there was about a 9 minute wait for them to make the food , which was fine cause who doesn’t like FRESH FOOD. We paid , parked and waited and the girl who brought out the food handed us the bag first then she almost dropped one of the boxes on the ground. 🤦🏻‍♀️; she caught it but seriously that would have been tragic as I would have requested a REFUND cause there would have been no way I’d eat any food that hit the ground in a box or not. Once I opened the meals I couldn’t do anything but laugh at how cute the items were. It actually seemed like a kids meal rather than a meal for myself. The cheese sticks were thick as if the was cold. They didn’t have a cheese pull at all. The curly fries were horrible , it tasted as if they were actually burned or had been cooked in bad oil. The peach cobbler roll was tiny. I imagined it being bigger like the size of a pie or an egg roll 😼, wishful thinking on my part with that one. But it did have a good taste. That was probably the best part of my meal. Now my chicken sandwich, it was much smaller than I expected. It was also very dry, they didn’t put much mayo on it at all so I’m glad I asked for ketchup. The bun was a little sweet almost like a Hawaiian rolls, that I do like but that’s about all that I enjoyed. Nothing against this location but as far as the chain goes I don’t see myself buying anything from them ever again.
