  Slowest sonic I've ever been to and always forgetting my order or taking 20 minutes for a drink... Same as my last deleted review here at this sonic. And the automated soul-less responses on these reviews are always the same. "Sorry, please call this number"

  Sonic is ok. I usually just pop in for happy hour drinks. I hate that you have to order thru the app only now. It's frustrating if you want to use cash. This location is hit and miss for service. Most sonics if the order is drinks only the pull that ticket and just get the drinks out instead of making you wait for everyone else's food to get cooked and taken to the other cars. Not this store. I've had to wait up to 19 minutes for one drink. They get you because of you've ordered in the app you've already paid so if you decide to just leave, you're out the money. So they don't care if they make you wait. Times when I've ordered food for my family, about 25% of the time I have either gotten home to find I was missing food or it was made wrong. I should not have to pull 6 burgers out of the bag and check every one of them for accuracy before leaving the parking stall. And there is no excuse for them not checking to make sure all the items paid for are in the bag. The upside to this place is that the car hops are all pretty friendly. But they need to have more than 2 on duty during the lunch rush and after 5pm.

  Pulled in like Normal. Not busy at all maybe 5 or 6 vehicles there. Parked in a stall pushed the button very quick to answer gave the order of 1 large coke and waited, almost 10 minutes, still no drink. Cars that had pulled in after us received their bagged orders and drinks. So I pushed the red button again and the girl that answered asked what I would like to order. I let her know that we were still waiting on my wife's large coke after about a minute she comes back and said it will be out momentarily almost 5 minutes later the car hop comes out with a medium coke I told her it was supposed to be large. She begrudgingly went back in and came right back out with another person's order. My wife looked at me and said forget it let's go home because she didn't want a coke with spit in it. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this has been happening alot lately. I even heard a fellow parked next to us last time who was waiting on an order of corn dogs he was griping because he had been there 20 minutes and had pushed the button multiple times to ask where his order was and each time she did answer it was it will be out momentarily.
