We ordered 4 drinks and the ocean water didn't taste right and they remade it. The manager sara is amazing. She is super sweet.

Food was horrible. Tasted as if the grease was weeks old. Chocolate shake taated and smelled like expired milk. My coke tasted like used grease. I'm sure the filter in the ice machine is dirty. It took over 20 minutes to get my order delivered to my car. The manager was less than thrilled to correct the problem. Carhop was very polite and understanding and tried to correct the issue. Management needs an overhaul and I'm sure the Oklahoma Dept of health would NOT give them a passing grade

Stoped in for dinner after work but Kaly said grill was cleaned and they were closed at 1030 pm so don't come in after that. I guess she decides when closing time is not the bosses

You know what makes a good manager? When you are slammed because of $6 meals and you got a ton of orders waiting, actually getting in the trenches and working. I just spent 22 minutes waiting on two items watching this manager stand in a doorway yapping! Just flapping his gums. I tried to call in to get an answer and I watch him allow it to rain while in his hand at least six times before begrudgingly answering. I was then told I'm so sorry we are just so slammed with a $6 meal! But that's not the situation. Leadership needs to lead and that is doing every job in that restaurant that needs to be done when it needs to be done. Standing there talking away while everybody else is running themselves ragged shows a laziness that really shouldn't exist.
So I waited nearly 25 minutes for a burger that I had to pay to add vegetables to, and they weren't included. The hamburger patties were old and cold to the point that the cheese was still cold. None of the directions were followed in app and my sweet tea wasn't even sweet! I literally got 0% correct in this order! I will be calling corporate and demanding a refund
