  I have yet to get one meal that is entirely freshly made in close to a month. The giant sloth like man you have on your grill, he doesn't do a good job. held over food shouldn't be happening ever but definitely not French fries. There have been a lot of improvements but we're still getting terrible quality food. This is a management culture issue. This is a planning issue. If you can't properly project what your day is going to need and cook based on that then you shouldn't be cooking. The worst Sonic in Oklahoma!

  ABSOLUTELY APPALLED!! My husband stopped by for lunch today, and as he was eating he found a sand bur in his sandwich!! Will never be eating at this location again! Lost our business!

  This sonic is quite literally the worst. Gave it a chance yesterday after like 3 years of not coming because of food quality and decided to give it a chance yesterday but was that a mistake. Fries sucked , burger was burnt and sucked . Just go into edmond don’t spend your money here. This is just ridiculous. Spend your money at chicos or somewhere else. It’s clear they don’t care about the food or evidently who they hire. A health inspector needs to come out and take a look .

  Update: Definitely improving! I'm seeing the effort I'm seeing the work! Still getting held over food and subpar quality including today but we gained a star! Old review 1-100% fail rate and absolutely no attempt to correct the negative culture created by lazy management. The absolute worst Sonic in oklahoma.
