- HOH ODec 28, 20251.0Don’t try to call the store to tell them they forgot to give you part of your meal calling off and on for over two hours with no answer. I would be happy with just a refund of the item I didn’t receive. I contact the sonic corporation just for them to tell me they can’t issue a refund but they can give me a 5$ off coupon for a burger.. I ordered 5 pieces chicken combo…I told her you can’t charger me for an item I didn’t get. she then said that she would escalate it and that escalation can take 48 hours. Mind you I didn’t receive this food and this sonic still won’t answer the phone.
