  They proudly do not honor the key tags for a Jr. Frosty. Wendy's is Wendy's at any location. I understand why they had no customers and the employees were sitting in the lobby instead of behind the register. This town already knows don't come here.

  I usually like Wendy's, but this drive thru was really bad. Wrong order...15 minute wait for chicken nuggets & fries (employee said the fryer was down for a while, but they didn't say anything while ordering at the drive thru. I won't be back.

  Extremely unprofessional experience. The doors were locked to the restroom during business hours with no explanation, forcing customers to order. When I finally placed my order, I received an Asiago Ranch sandwich with no ranch on it at all. When I asked for ranch, the GM refused and said, “That’s what we put on it,” even though there was clearly nothing on the sandwich. No apology, no attempt to fix the mistake, just attitude and denial. If basic customer service and accuracy aren’t a priority here, it shows. Very disappointing experience and not somewhere I’d recommend.
