  The slowest service I’ve seen!! They need to prioritize orders!! I went inside. The 6 people in front of me had no idea what they wanted. They took forever. I ordered 1 item, Mango Monsoon. I watched 6 food delivery pick ups come and go, along with 4 cars get their orders. I continued to wait. 7th food pick leaves and I ask, “how long will it take?” The manager says, “look at the amount of orders we have!!”. I walked out and will NEVER go back to any tropical cafe. It took 33min from leaving my truck and getting back

  I ordered on the app. My order was ready when I arrived but it wasn't on the shelf it was sitting on the back counter. The employee was... Well she was there but I can't say she was friendly at least not to me. I was a bother because I asked for a small cup she handed me one but the lid wouldn't stay on. She wasn't going to be bothered again by me so I just left. My smoothie was just strawberries blended up with ice. I did not enjoy it and could not find anyone who would take it so I ended up throwing it away.

  Would give 0 stars for smoothies if i could the consistency of the smoothie was awful and it had no flavor like GREAT I just paid 9 dollars for a cup of water DO NOT GO HERE even a McDonald's could make a better smoothie

  Normally, EVERYONE greets me when I walk into the door. The employees stumble over each other to make sure my order is taken ASAP, and it's just an incredibly productive place. Today, however, the company should be ashamed of the service I was provided. When I arrived, one typing male employee was at the register and a girl with long blonde hair down her back was busy swishing her hair around. He turned to her and asked for a "fist bump" while they continued to have their private conversation. I'm easily within two feet of them, and neither one of them even looks at me nether the less greets me to let me know anything at all. So, I'm still patiently waiting but getting irritated. Then, the manager comes up and joins THEIR CONVERSATION!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ She doesn't greet me. She doesn't even look at me. She just started talking with the employees about whatever topic they'd been discussing. Again, I'm still silent. Finally, MARISSA, came up from the back and greeted me. When I blatantly explained that she was the FIRST to do so, she looked at the employees chatting and said the one in the gray jacket was actually her boss, and I let her know that's even more embarrassing. I used to manage a hair salon, and I'm the example I want my employees to act like. To greet a customer is pretty minimal in a CUSTOMER SERVICE business!! 🤔 Again, MARISSA, apologized profusely. The boss NEVER even tried to take ownership or control the situation. As a company, I think Tropical Smoothie should be HIGHLY disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this location!! Thankfully, ONE employee does their job, and that's MARISSA! That girl needs the management position, not the red head who has it. Wish I could tell you her name, but I never saw a name tag. 💯
