  Asked for a few different items that they claimed weren't available. Asked for soft tacos with just beef and cheese. Yet each one had a single slice of onion in them for no apparent reason. Asked for a blue raspberry freeze. Wasn't told it was unavailable until after I paid. They asked if I wanted to wait I said thats fine. They then said it'll be like 10 mins I said okay. Then they said I couldn't wait for it so I asked for a refund. They said Id need a manager so I said okay. The manager came over and asked what the issue was I explained and she responded with yea it's not available. And I said I understand thats why Im asking for a refund. Then magically it was available. To which they asked if I still wanted it. I also asked for hot and mild sauces and none were in the bag. I was waiting for them and the girl asked the other girl why I was still sitting there so I said I need my sauces. The girls at the window were rude, had no idea how to do their jobs. Definitely showing why Oklahoma is 50th in education.

  I asked for dairy free burritos due to my mother's allergy to dairy, I even specified such. Her burritos wrappers were covered in cheese, despite being bagged separately. They listened to none of the modifications I set on my food as well.
