  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic location. I ordered a refresher berry drink, and it was honestly terrible — the taste was off, and I couldn’t drink it. I politely asked the employee if I could switch it out for something cheaper (a small ocean water slush). I did not ask for a refund — I simply didn’t want the drink because it was not good. At that point, a manager came over with an attitude and refused to provide her name when asked. She stated that just because I didn’t like the drink didn’t mean they had to replace it. That response was unacceptable. As a paying customer, if a product is not right, there should at least be an effort to fix the situation — especially when I was willing to accept a cheaper item instead of asking for my money back. To make matters worse, she accused me of being hostile, which was not the case. I remained calm and simply asked for a reasonable solution. I then observed her personally making the replacement drink in a careless manner, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This entire interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location again. I understand that customers are not always right, but when a product is clearly not acceptable, basic customer service should apply. This experience did not reflect that at all.

  Food is good and so are the drinks. But at this location. The employees need to pay attention to customers in the drive thru. You'll be sitting there for like 15 minutes untill finally an employee goes to the window. And if you didn't get all of your food that you ordered. You'll be waiting another 15 minutes before once again another employee comes to the window and you tell them they didn't give you everything that was on your receipt.

  Worst sonic location in lawton. We asked if they could cook my footlong a little long than normal to make sure it was well done and I was told no. Very disappointing. They also use to deep fry the dog if requested and this location alswon't. t.

  Merry Christmas to you Abby! If abby takes your order be ready because she will cut you off and you will find yourself placing multiple orders and waiting an hour for your fries... Great job Abby first and last time.

  This place is really went downhill make you by a cheeseburger. So you have to pay for a cheeseburger even if you don't want cheese that's so petty and wrong to do to your customers so much of the shrinkflation. Really pathetic what you're doing to customers
