I ordered a bread bowl with cheddar broccoli soup, the bread bowl was not heated up/toasted with melted cheese around the top...not sure it I was supposed to order/ask for it that way...but never have/never did...it just came that way...the bread was dense, doughy, and tasteless. My husband had the chili he said that it tasted horrible and he had the Chipotle Chicken Avacado Sandwich as well and said that that was tasteless too...this is like the third (different locations) PB that we've gone to and have had a bad experience with the food. It seems as if the quality of the food has changed for the worst.

I was the only one in the drive through at 930 a.m. After ordering I sat there for 17 minutes. No one came and explained why, nothing. Girl finally came back and practically threw my order and closed the window.Ridiculous. No explanation.
