  Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my food from the app, it was breakfast. I ordered it before 10:30, the breakfast cutoff. There was no indication in the app that I had to be at the store before 10:30 in order for then to actually make my food. I show up to the store at around 10:45 and they cancelled the order for this reason. So because I wasn't physically there before 10:30 they refuse to make my order, regardless of the fact I ordered it before 10:30. I wish this was more clear in the app. The worst of it was me waiting at the front counter for around 20 minutes , trying to get help or an explanation or address our concerns about the order still showing up on our app as if it wasn't canceled. They refused to compensate us for the confusion and our time wasted because of their awful customer service.

  Today I went to the McDonalds at the 3144 NW Cache Rd, Lawton, OK 73505 location and when we got the drive through the person talking to us was not listening to us and paying attention to our order , we had to repeat ourselves multiple times and part of our was not able to be complete because we got cut off and told to pull foward . And when we got to the window we weren't able to order the rest of it . To add to that the print receipt was not printed out and was told to get a copy of my receipt again at the next window , we pull up to the next window and we are told by the young black lady that we need to park if we want a copy of the receipt that THEY INITIALLY MESSED Up !! we don't have time for that and they already made me and my husbands mood sour . we tried the fries and the fries were clearly cooked with old grease !! I feel so angry and disrespected , I will never come to this location in Lawton ever again !!

  Had me waiting 15 minutes for my order then cancelled it saying their systems went down. Want me to reorder it and now pay MORE because the deals I used are not available anymore. No sorry for wastint your time or anything.

  They always get my order wrong on DoorDash.wanted to sausage egg McMuffin and they sent them both with no eggs! Someone is not reading the orders correctly or they need to learn to read! I’ve never had problems with any other fast food place before.

  Y’all are the only McDonald’s I know of here in Lawton that makes people pull into a reserved parking spot. There is 1 car in front of me. Instead of making people park in a reserved parking spot give the food through the drive thru window. What’s the point in having a drive thru if you’re gonna bring people’s food out within 2 seconds of making them park. Use your brain. It’s not that hard to use common sense. Y’all not even busy.
