  I just wanted to share an experience , the kids and I had on tonight ...I decided to order wings being that it was the weekend and I had things to do so cooking wasn't an option tonight, well we had an order that was 76$ I have a big family so about 50 wings 4 large sides ...creater the order online to be ready for pick up at 5 ...we made it to pick our order up around 4:44 "EARLY" as possible we did not leave with our order until 6:00pm for several reasons the guys couldn't find our order on the screen ...remind you our daughter had been standing inline for about 35 minutes at this point before they had even decided to ask for the receipt to check the names kept saying that they didn't see it ...I ended up pulling around to the front door because at this point what's taking so long?? I want able to get out due to just jumping in the car tied from work no shoes on I was literally ready for bed ... So the guy still at this point said they couldn't see the order.. So I grab the receipt out of my daughter's hand she said Mommy I showed him but he can't find it, so I began checking the address ...she said he said it's the right address it's just that their system is down ...and at this point just be honest you saw that they were kids picking a big order up and you prolonged skipped all over them just for other orders...then asked if I could come in .. And the answer was no I had no shoes on..I decided to call he goes OH WE FOUND IT.. after they had took about 20 other orders at this point... Next thing I know my daughter's comes out with the food chicken had absolute no season most still red in the middle ...I send her back in for season at this point my car blows up being over heated .. Just sitting an hour and about 30 minutes out there a lady comes out like they have been sitting out here 1hr 30 minutes we have even eaten and leaving......so we waited another 15 -20 minutes on the car when we made it home boy was I so disappointed a $77.00 order no season on any of the food wing stop was just the pure mess ...I knew at this point I wasn't getting a refund but I'll at least share my experience..I think it was very disgusting how they skipped over my order playing crazy ..they hadn't even started on my food at 4:44 order should have been ready at 5.. I didn't have money to just throw away like that but obviously I did ...I hope a manager sees this because as a customer we're not always right but I'm this case I do feel some type of way ...the chicken is still sitting up on my stove even the kids didn't eat it ...SMH*********I'VE REPLIED BACK TO MANAGEMENT TWICE AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM***** REPLIED TO THE LINK SENT 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😒

  I love WingStop and I will not be coming back to this one. From the moment I walked in I was met with attitude, she tossed my food onto the counter, rolled her eyes when I said thank you. The wings were burnt with hardly any sauce. I do not recommend going here, horrible vibe.

  It's a great place for wings but in-between the price and the staff I sadly must give this place 3 stars. You guys have to get better at actually putting everything a person orders in their order especially when asked. This has happened 3 times now. After the 3rd time I decided to make a post. I've given you more than enough chances and the benefit of the doubt and was still disappointed.

  When I got home, the food was so beyond delicious. I was actually upset. I only left one dollar as a tip. I really would love to go back and tip them more but unfortunately, I ordered my food about 20 minutes before closing, which is why I’m surprised it was as good as it was. The staff was also very friendly. They didn’t even seem upset by the fact that I was coming in to get my food 20 minutes before closing. I love the energy of all of the employees that were there that night unfortunately I didn’t get any of their names but job well done and OMG this food still has my mouth watering.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for the Wingstop in Lawton, Oklahoma! The food is great, the blue drink is amazing, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Everything was fresh and tasted exactly how Wingstop should. I honestly wish I could give more than five stars. If you’re ever down here, I highly recommend stopping by and eating here—you won’t regret it!
