  everybody was super friendly. made sure our food was made to perfection and brought our food to the table. I would defitely cone back to this location again!! Best experience I've had!!

  If you would like to get a great smoothie that tastes exactly like what you ordered and great customer service then you should go to tropical café smoothie on Sheridan Avenue. Because not only did I ask for my paradise point smoothie to not contain banana and they put banana in it anyway, as if I would not taste it… But also, there is a young lady working there who was super rude to me. I came in and said I was doing a pick up order today, February 12, And she just looked at me, touched my smoothies, Asked me my name and I replied yes that’s me… But then continue to let my smoothies sit in the back, even after verifying that was my order. I was so irritated. Unprofessional and my smoothie is nasty because it has banana, even though I can prove on my mobile order that I said some banana for coconut. The one on Sheridan is so much better. I will only be going to that one from now on because this experience was awful. Please shut this location down.

  We have always liked the food and the smoothies we get them here. Have not dined in yet just go thru drive thru. Island Green is one of my favorites.

  I ordered smoothies from this place. 3 of my smoothies from the span of a month were very watery and tasted like water. I ordered 2 acai smoothies last night. One was good the other had no taste once again watery. I will not be going to this place and go back to the one Sheridan. To think they expect tips. I believe they need to properly train their employees.

  Got the wrong order.. Realized when I got home. Tried to call.. No answer.. said they were busy.. Had to drive back 2 miles there.. Got there only one person in drive through.. went inside.. young man was very apologetic.. Remade my wrap.. Noticed the girl making the wrap was talking on her phone while making the wraps and sandwiches. I would have been back again if her hair, that was sticking out all over the place, would have been in my sandwich. Second time this has happened at this TS.
