  I ordered specific items with my money, and even spent extra for delivery. Normally I’d say you should have went in and got it yourself if you wanted it right. However, when a 14$ pizza showed up instead of the 21.99$ pizza I ordered. It was time to go in, but I did try to call twice to avoid driving. They picked up both times and sent me back to hold and never picked up, then the second just hung up. I go in and whoever the manager is on shift on Jan 1 2026, you did a good job with your customer service. However, you sent me home with yet again another dang pepperoni pizza when that’s not what I ordered. So I got two pepperoni pizzas instead of the pizza I asked for, and had to drive up there to get the messed up fix pizza. I’m not really sure how you can do confidently screw up such a simple task. This location has been an issue time and time again, and that 3.2 might be screaming for itself at this point. It was an accident we even ordered from here in the first place, because yall messed up my order last time. Without even a hesitation, this location stood firm on being a garbage location for Pizza Hut. They don’t even use their own delivery drivers anymore, it’s always door dashers bringing the food. What happened to 30 mins or it’s free pizza. I don’t want your “I’m sorry handouts,” unless I can take it to a different location, this one needs to be closed or retrained. In the end I got more food then I asked for, or paid for, but yall won’t get my business anymore. Force me to waist my money on things I didn’t ask for in this economy is criminal.

  This place usually has good pizza but last night it was greasy hardly any toppings looked like just slices of white pizza will start taking pic

  Waiting on Uber Eats been like 10 mins and haven’t even had anybody come to the front counter. 2 other people waiting in the lobby nobody has came to the front at all.

  Employees it touching pizzas with their bare hands to put them into boxes. Disgusting. Never gonna spend money here. Employees is also on cell phone while touching pizzas. Notified pizza ready 10 min before it's ready. Dirty liars. Edit: you can improve by fixing the problems I've listed. It's not my job to police your store. Get involved instead of giving a blanket statement. You think an owner might know what's going on in their own store.

  I’m giving it a 3 star across the board. We were given bottled drinks for dining in. I’m not sure if this is this stores policy, but we couldn’t get refills. We ordered personal pan pizzas and they were cooked in an aluminum pan, mostly stuck. It all tasted fine though. They brought the cheeses bread out with the meal, and as an appetizer I wanted it first. The server answered questions, but he was definitely not happy to be there, but not rude, maybe an off day? The bathrooms left something to be desired. The toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay up, the floors were sticky, and the sink had grass and hair. I understand these are first world problems, but if I am spending $60+ I want a great experience.
