We went to put in an order using a deal on the app. The attendant repeats my code as she is entering it into the system, but gets it wrong, so I correct her. She gets it right, the app says my code is accepted...then the attendant tells me the code was not accepted in their system. I tried to refresh the app, but nope, I have to wait 15 min before using another app deal. So we say never mind about the app, we'll just order. The attendant tries to clear the original app deal order off the screen, but only part of it disappears (this will be key later). They say don't worry, the rest will clear off the screen when she adds the new order items. We put in our order, she reads back the items and the total, but she has misheard two items and the rest of the app deal items did not clear the screen. Finally, we get the order straight and we pull around to pay. When we are finally given our food, we check the bags to make sure we have everything. And we don't. We're missing a whole 20-ct nugget. So we have to pull back around and go inside (with the bags, just to be safe) to let them know we are missing an item. They fix it right away, which was nice, but this whole ordeal took about 15 min. That's insane.
