    This is the McDonald's to go to in Lawton. Employees are always nice, the store is clean, and the food is hot.

    I’ve gone to this McDonald’s several times and I’ve had issues quite often. Today, I went up there and ordered my breakfast online with a bag of ice. It took them over 10 minutes to get me my bag of ice I had to go in there three separate times to ask for the bag of ice and then whenever I caught up there to speak to the manager, they were very disrespectful and rude and hung up I called back up there and I wanna know who hung up on me. The manager says he’s not giving out the information. I said if you’re the manager, can I have your name he goes we do not give out that information. I will be contacting corporate because this was the worst experience so far up there. They have an excess amount of employees working right now so it wasn’t lack of employees for the reason why I didn’t get my ice. It was management failure. Especially whenever I’ve had to go in there three times to ask for the bag of ice. I caught up there again and they just hung up on me. I caught up there again and they hung up on me. Burger King‘s right across the street and I get better service. McDonald’s do better.

    Its McDonald's... the service is as good as you,can get from fast food! I do hate that they ring you up in the drive through and make you park for 10+ min before you food is ready no matter what you order but thats 99% of the McDonald's these days.
