  Usually this place is fine. Today they were awful. I had a mobile order for a mcdouble meal with no pickles and no onions. I pick it up and it has onions on it. Go to have it remade and they take 15 minutes to remake it. The manager and employee I spoke to were rude and pointed out it was busy. That's not my problem. You screwed my order up. Fix it as soon as possible. Don't make me wait 15 more minutes while the rest of my food gets cold because you suck at managing and your employee isn't working. Yes I already did your survey.

  We came in at around 11:30 today and tell me why a chicken sandwich I pay for is damn near raw!!! Ridiculous and you could honestly do way better than that. But yet again that’s what I get for thinking people who have a job actually go there to work! Lol!

  A friend was unable to pickup my order even with the order information and refuse to give it to them. They had the order number and my name and still refuse to give them my order to them. Absolutely no difference then doing doordash, Uber Eats, etc. You provide them the order number and they hand it go them. Shading business. Refund won't hit till after midnight and may take 3-5 business days to even see that money back on my card. I order through the McDonald's App.

  Go to another McDonalds. Thier frappe machine is always down. Or they are just too lazy to make any. Anyways, it's been like this for months.

  Would be cool if when I ordered a medium fry it was filled. Would also be cool if they asked if I wanted ice and a cup when I ordered water or a bottle. Would be VERY cool if she didn't just let the window slam after giving us our food and asked if we'd like anything else.... which btw they forgot a fry too. So we would have liked someone confirming before trying to send us off. Maybe AI could do better than humans now a days.. wow Boyfriend said that hat I forgot to mention the extreme ruckess behind window while we were waiting for our food. As a millennial baby this shit would NEVER pass.
