  I was at this location when I overheard employees talking about a coworker with over 22 years of dedicated service at McDonalds being accused of quitting her position. It was the second time the manager has harassed this worker by saying untrue things. I think it is unprofessional and unfair for the manager to say the employee quit without her directly saying she is quitting, written resignation, or proof she is departing. Please look into this manner because someone with 22 loyal years of service deserves better treatment at your store. I believe the manager is Sarah.

  i strongly recommend you do not order at this location messed up and gave me someone else’s order. they made us pull into a parking spot prior to this, so i had to walk inside. two employees were at the counter talking about something non-work related so i interrupted with an “excuse me” to which i was met with a “hold on” then they finished their conversation before helping me. i told them they gave me the wrong order, they fixed it but didn’t give me my sauce. when i asked for it, they told me i had to pay for sauce, which i already had done, but never received it since i was given the wrong order. after explaining this to the worker she made me show her where i paid for it on my receipt, then sighed and handed it to me. rude and unprofessional. my grandmother ordered me breakfast here on her mobile app while i was in the hospital after just having a baby. when she got inside and asked for her order they didn’t have it. she checked her app again to make sure she was at the right location, and she was. after explaining this to the employee, they looked at her, shrugged their shoulders, and said “oh, well we don’t have it, sorry” did not offer to make it, did not offer a refund. just basically told my grandmother “sucks to suck” then tried to shoo her away. she had to argue for her food, so eventually they made it. before leaving my mom checked through the food thoroughly to ensure it had not been tampered with, as we would expect nothing less from these employees given their horrible attitudes. luckily the food hadn’t been necessarily tampered with, however, they decided to be petty by putting HALF a piece of bacon on a sandwich my grandmother paid extra money for extra bacon on. at this point, my family was irate, rightfully so. they fixed it, but the fact that they even gave them an issue then acted this way is completely unacceptable. someone from corporate needs to do a secret shop on this location and see for themselves how truly horrible the employees are. just save yourself the headache from the immaturity of the employees and go literally anywhere else.
